HI!! We are the Macdonald's, a family of four, who has a love for traveling and adventuring while redefining "settling down". We love creating and seeing beauty in the mundane. We hope to share part of our story through our photography, videography, and blog posts.

We started dating in 2013 and found a shared passion for adventuring. We have been traveling from the beginning of our relationship, but it wasn't until 2017 when we took a three and a half month trip to Asia that changed our perspective forever.

Our travel dreams were put on a halt while Cassie finished her nursing program and Ian also continued his journey through school. In 2020, as the whole world shut down, we welcomed our first baby, Tinsley. Cassie is now an emergency registered nurse and Ian works with the city as an engineering technician. Since then, we have also had an addition to our family, our baby boy, Malakai. As we have worked hard for both our jobs and started to live the life most would expect of a young family, we can't help but come back to our love for exploring new places, meeting new people, and experiencing different cultures.

We know that tomorrow is never guaranteed with our kids and we are on a mission to show them the world while teaching them all of the ways they can do so respectfully and sustainably.
